What we consider personal information

Personal information means information which can identify you (like your email address, name or billing information) or can be reasonably linked or combined to identify you (like an account identification number or IP address). We’ll always tell you what personal information we’re collecting from you.

Any information that falls outside of this is non-personal information.

If we store your personal information with information that is non-personal, we will consider the combination as personal information. If we remove all personal information from a set of data then the remaining is non-personal information.

Anonymous usage statistics

In all game modes anonymous usage statistics is gathered. This data consist of how much the app is used, a unique install uuid (which is not tied to any username or account), what app it is and under what os it is running. This is purely used for gathering statistics about the usage of our apps and can not be traced back to any specific user. The user is anonymous in this regard.

Local game mode in our apps

When using our apps in Local game mode, no data what so ever is transmitted to us other than any usage statistics via play store or anonymous statistics gathering.

Remote game mode in our apps

When using our apps in Remote game mode, an activity code and a password is transmitted to us, as well as your ip. We currently do not store any of this other than in access logs on the server. The player names a user types into the apps are saved temporarily in some instances for the purposes of generating a score screen. Anonymous usage statistics is also gathered.
